It is a good morning, so far. I pulled a loaf of carrot bread out of the freezer last night and sliced it up to go with the breakfast this morning. A slab o' c-bread slathered with real butter is a great way to start the day.
By nine o'clock this morning, my house (and my fingers) smelled of roasted bell peppers, onions and garlic. The pasta sauce to go with the tortellini is now simmering nicely. Should be tasty!
