Our new student is on a very strict diet. He doesn't want any breakfast set out; he eats a little bit at the hotel before he comes (so glad I have all that baking done last night). He doesn't take cream or sugar in his coffee and doesn't care for any juice. There will not be any need for snacks, morning or afternoon, and eating lunch will only be a social exercise for him--very small portions of only a select few dishes. I won't even be making desserts.
This is going to be a lighter week for all of us.
