So we are sitting at the table this morning after breakfast, reading from Proverbs chapter three together. Andy asks us to list some things, outside of the Christian life, that people seek in life, that they live for.
He looks at Tano, who has a definite "wheels spinning" sort of expression on his face.
"Tano, what do you think? What do people want out of life? What is the point, outside of any sort of relationship with God?"
The boy looks thoughtful for another moment.
Although off-topic and out of place, his dead-pan face, knowledge of obscure references, and comic timing were brilliant.
I love that kid.
